Refund Policy

Overview

LiveGMP offers subscription plans that provide access to premium IPO data, live GMP tracking, and AI analysis tools. We strive to provide a high-quality service and handle refund requests fairly.

Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

• You were charged but did not receive access to premium features.
• You experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the service, and our team was unable to resolve it within 48 hours.
• You were charged twice for the same subscription period (duplicate charge).

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

• You simply changed your mind after subscribing.
• You did not use the service during the subscription period.
• Your account was suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
• Requests made after 7 days from the date of charge.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@livegmp.com with:

• Your registered email address
• The date and amount of the charge
• The reason for your refund request

We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method (credit/debit card or UPI). Processing times may vary depending on your bank.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period. If you believe a refund is warranted, please contact us separately.
